Nature of Services All services provided by Mili Barai are digital and educational in nature, including but not limited to: • Online programs • Coaching sessions • Guided practices • Digital resources and downloadable materials Access to program content is granted immediately or within a specified time after successful payment.
Refund Eligibility Due to the digital nature of the services and immediate access to proprietary content, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.
• A written refund request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase • No more than 20% of the program content has been accessed or consumed • No live coaching sessions have been attended • The request includes a valid reason for dissatisfaction All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is at the sole discretion of Mili Barai.
Non-Refundable Situations • Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: • Requests made after the 48-hour window • Change of mind or lack of time • Partial participation or non-completion of the program • Failure to achieve desired or expected outcomes • Personal circumstances unrelated to the quality of the program • Violation of program terms or misuse of content Coaching and mindset programs do not guarantee specific results, and outcomes vary by individual.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in restricted access to future services and may be disputed with the payment processor using transaction records and policy acknowledgment.
